About

Mitchell (Mitch) McKinney is a former assistant district attorney (ADA) and assistant solicitor general with more than seven years of prosecutorial experience. In addition to his prior experience as a prosecutor, Mr. McKinney also served for three years as Assistant County Attorney for Forsyth County, Georgia where he was also the Magistrate Court of Forsyth County prosecutor for four years. His current practice includes real estate matters including litigation and real estate closings and title examinations, criminal defense, family law, personal injury cases, and other civil litigation. Mr. McKinney practices in Russellville, Alabama and the surrounding Northwest Alabama area and in the metro Atlanta area and across North Georgia.  He is committed to respectful, yet assertive, representation on behalf of his clients.
