I hired Mitch to represent my son in an MIP situation. We were nervous and Mitch recognized we had never experienced anything like this and had no idea what was ahead of us. Mitch was very caring and took the time to listen to our concerns and responded to every call and question we had along the way. Excellent Attorney
I hired Mitch McKinney to represent me in a case with my ex wife. I could not have been more pleased with the job that he did. Mitch was always very responsive to any question that I might have. Divorce Case
I first contacted Mitch for advice on separation from my spouse. He provided me with some helpful information to protect my interests in the event of a divorce. Several months later I retained Mitch as my attorney to file for divorce. He took the time to explain the process to me, as well as how to be sure I had protected my assets before filing the papers and my spouse becoming aware of the proceedings. We only had one significant conflict in our settlement. Mitch worked with my spouse’s attorney to find the most economical way to resolve the issue without going to court. Although the outcome my not have been my preference, I believe that Mitch did everything in his abilities to advocate for me in the case. (The outcome was decided by an arbitrator). Since the divorce was final, Mitch closed my account and sent me all the final documentation of the case. I was very happy with his assistance and would highly recommend Mitch to anyone in need of legal representation. I would definitely use Mitch’s services again.

Trustworthy and Knowledgeable

Excellent divorce lawyer
Mitch guided me through my divorce brilliantly. He has an excellent demeanor that made communicating with him easy. Divorce is extremely stressful but Mitch made the process as simple as a divorce can be. Even though it came down to the very last day before a court date, he kept me focused on what was important and had it finalized before we had to go to court. If emotions had not been so high between my ex and I this could have been done in two months instead of six if we had not been so interested in “beating” each other. Mitch is the best at this divorce business.

Mr. McKinney was reliable and trustworthy. I had a very bad experience with the lawyer I obtained before Mr. McKinney, so I was very skeptical about hiring another lawyer. Contempt case
Mr. Mckinney is extremely personable and knowledgable. He sat patiently and listened to my complaint and then went back over it to make sure he understood all of my concerns. It was immediately evident that he puts his clients concerns first. He always kept me informed on what the processes would be like and what to expect. We would highly recommend Mr. McKinney to anyone who is looking for someone who actually cares about his clients. My husband & I have worked with several lawyers over the years in regards to a family issue involving custody & adoption. Other lawyers we have worked with seemed to be too busy to answer questions and seemed to only be interested in the bottom line (taking our money). Mr. McKinney was nothing but professional and very kind and sensitive to our case. He took time to meet with us, was very patient with us, & answered questions we had. n a world with selfish, self-centerd people, I believe we may have found the one lawyer who actually has a heart.
